I dine here frequently due to the excellent food, but I'm often disappointed by the inefficient ordering system, the constant delays caused by the front staff making tea and coffee, and the lack of card service. Even when the card service is functioning, the staff member handling it seems clueless. You would think that with no card service, they would have enough change for cash-only payments, but unfortunately, that's not the case."
