Amazing food as always, fantastic customer and delivery service. Very kind and polite, takes messages of food into account and prepares as requested.I have disabilities so I truly appreciate, staff's patience when delivering food. I feel guilty for constantly ordering from Balti Raj, I just can't stop. Ordered food at 1am on just eat order processed fine but as soon as it comes to “on the way” 2 hours later it changes to “enjoy your food” and it still has not arrived after calling the restaurant’s asking where my order is I get told 5 minutes and get the phone hung up on me 20 minutes later still not here! not very happy or helpfully DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD 4 HOURS LATER

Ordered food at 6pm. Estimated delivery time 7pm.Called at 7.30 pm advised it’s out for delivery. Called again and again food arrived at 8.30pm.Food was bland, no spices just tomato based sauce. meat dishes undercooked and had to reheat as it was cold. Had to throw majority of it away as it was awful!!Asked for a refund and was ignored.Will not be wasting my time and money ordering from this restaurant again.
