It is in quite a drab and depressing location. But I suppose a sign of the times for independents to get reasonable rents. The food was lovely - there was attention to detail. The server was efficient and courteous. Great music playing. Will revisit.
I've visited Yikouchi twice now and told all my friends and family about it, although none have taken my advice on board yet. Big mistake!!How can cucumber taste that good? Alongside the best fried chicken I've ever had.A fantastic addition to the Stirchley indy scene and by eck I hope they stay for as long as possible.Just brilliant.

Every time I visit I am blown away by the food, I absolutely love this place. Great vibe and music too! If you have the opportunity to try the fried chicken in chilli oil please do, it holds a special place in my heart.
