Took my son who has an allergy to dairy and the staff particularly Andrew were lovely helping us find something suitable for my son and really making us feel welcome and interacted so well with my son ? I even met Andrew's mum who was also lovely ❤
Very helpful staff, I forgot my glasses and unable to read the menu very patient and helpful, They had no lemonade left so I had to re pick order for the kids, almost closing time and didn’t rush me either! As I waited they had a pleasant conversation with me , very nice ladies working there. A big Thankyou to them !!!

I always visit costa in edgbaston during university breaks, i get greeted at the drive thru very politely. All the staff are lovely and get the order done quickly. However, Adam has served me many times and is always so polite, he always goes above and beyond. He definitely makes my time costa worth going. This was the visit at costa coffee pershore road im sure its called.
