It was CLOSED TODAY !! 3/11/22, Never used this branch before ..but staff were very accommodating...pleasant ..and eager to please ..will visit again ! Coffee was good ..allowed to utilize my own cup ..and steak bake was very nice..as was the fresh bread pudding !!

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for a new member of staff (Karen). Worst service I’ve ever received. Not welcoming at all never says please or thank you and makes the worst coffees ever how can I order a mocha and it be water and chocolate powder disgusting. Won’t be going there again if she’s on the till she’s terrible. Crazy how such a vibrant place can turn so dull due to one member of staff.
