I went into costa about a month ago and i was very happy with the service and the attention to detail shown by the staff member .I was back in costa last friday 7th oct and the customer in front of me was just about to pay for his order when the staff member pointed out that he could make a saving if he bought the package as a meal deal which saved him around £1.60.the lady cancelled the original transaction and then redone done the receipt to ensure the customer got his saving...read full review

Today we were having a bad day, when me and the wife discussing our order between ourself Sean had already picked the ordered before we even ordered it by his collogue. He interacted with his lovely character and change our day. Thanks sean
