Great little restaurant, here for a first time visit with my wife and two daughters after going round the Christmas markets. Food was well priced, particularly as a couple of us could order from the reduce 'Hippo Hour' menu, and food was tasty with huge portions. Found this place just off the Xmas market. It was happy hour (1700-1800). The deal was for 2 or 3 courses, fortunately the ice cream machine was broken so the 3 of us only went for 2 courses each. We were warned that the portions were large but even so...... Struggled to get through just 2 courses. We tried 3 different starters and all were tasty and hot. One I have wanted to visit for a while as it has become a past time to find and rate different burger places and this one was no different I live in the south west of England and was planning on visiting the Cardiff one. But I got told there was one in Birmingham so paid it a visit.
