A thoroughly pleasant all round experience. The Young Man serving was very kind an attentive to my needs. 5 star ? plus ? Comfortable airy calming visit before train journey. Thoroughly recommend a visit when at Birmingham New Street.

Dissapointed. Quick pit stop before train. One pink, one normal fizz. Pink fizz completely flat, normal not much better. Returned pink one which was replaced, no better. Very dissapointing as this is a normally a regular stop on the way home.
