In store service and selection is a solid 5 out of 5 every time I go, however they make a big deal about ordering via Just East where there are all kinds of issues.Deals are always unavailable so why promote them? Very limited selection of sweet treats and no stamps? However these orders are always well packed and tasty- this isn't a staff issue?
Lovely member of staff, Lorraine, looked after us wonderfully - I was on crutches and very tired at 7am, while we were en route for an important hospital appointment. It's good that individuals working for a national company can be superb ambassadors for what can seem at times a faceless organisation. We will be back - thank you!
