The staff (baz) is so helpful… I ordered some donuts and sausage rolls and they were out of donuts so they called and asked me to get anything else I wanted and they were so nice.
Wasn't too happy here. I asked for a cheese and onion pasty and a chicken and bacon baguette. The pasty was given promptly and the and the baguette I picked myself. Then I remembered I needed a bottle of water. The lady took my money and instead of giving my change she began to serve my friend. He asked for a cookie and he was given a doughnut. 10/10 management and customer service! There was a mistake made with my order today so I went back disappointed. A staff member who I see there regularly when I go in who I can only assume is a manager was fantastic! Quickly rectified the situation and has always been great whenever I've seen her there. An absolute credit to Greggs!
