This evening Wednesday 25th October decided to grab the family a KFC so popped into erdington branch...had to wait 30 minutes to be served one guy walked out he had waited that long... I ordered party bucket which has 14 pieces of chicken in aswell other bits and pieces in it also... When I got home 13 out of the 14 was drumsticks so I had paid £34 for 13 drumsticks unbelievable but true...I rang KFC I rang 8 times before someone answered my call...I explained to the lady team leader what had happened she started by saying this happens sometimes because KFC buy more drumsticks in than the other pieces...i said well your supposed have fair mix of chicken pieces..she had no real reply other than she's a training team leader could I call back tomorrow and talk to her acting manager...so guys 30 minutes to wait give them £34 to get 13 drumsticks. The team leader says ring tomorrow you would think they would be give us your number and someone will be in contact.. So my opinion on KFC erdington it's a premium brand that give a service and value of a low budget back street takeaway So avoid erdington KFC at all costs is my opinion...in these hard times people haven't got money to throw away...so when a company like KFC Rob their customers is how it feels to me is not good.. I'm interested to hear peoples thoughts on it....

This is the worst KFC in birmingham please if anyone want to order KFC, Avoid this KFC in erdington and order from the one in sutton trust me erdington can never get a order right and the food is not anywhere as good as sutton. AVOID KFC IN ERDINGTON LIKE THE PLAGUE

I went for a Take Away The table on which the food was set on to be handed over was dirty--and covered in coffee. I advised a staff member of same--twice--was ignored--and he went on to serve someone else. Really poor cleanliness-and poor service Cleanliness meant I only ate part of my meal

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs!! Ordered on just eat and sent the completely wrong order and would not answer the phone. When we went down there to sort it out they re-did the order and when we got home they still got it completely wrong! Wished I would've looked in the bag before leaving. The staff haven't got a clue

Food is good enough for a KFC franchise, and the place is always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly, but 3 times out of 7 they will get your order a bit wrong, so always double check what you got before you leave.\\nFood is a bit more expensive than I would have expected out of a fast food, but I don't know if all KFCs prices went up as well...

Sooooo slow!!! And customer service is poor, no communication between the workers its like they have no clue what they are doing and when you are hungry it is very frustrating! I would give them 2 stars as the food when we eventually got it was nice and RIGHT! (which is Something they have struggled with in the past) however then I remembered it is kfc and is to be expected so 1 star it is
KFC is standard...ish. or should be, this is one of the better ones, chips were cooked through and crispy, chicken fresh and hot without being greasy, but still moist.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great restaurant. Well we had a phenomenal evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for the happy meeting. The crew cooperated in a pleasant style, the food was tasty and my guests were so happy. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

This KFC is the reason I now like KFC again. For so long it was nothing great and I never went but then I realised certain branches are better than others and this one is by far the best. Always fresh, hot, perfectly cook food, served quickly by the great staff. Best KFC going
