What a beautiful little country pub The staff are so friendly & welcoming and try to help you if they can The food is absolutely delicious- the Sunday lunches are particularly amazing I had the beef and it melted in my mouth Well recommend a visit
We all know their Sunday roasts are excellent, and the traditional afternoon tea we had today proved just as good. Great value at £15 a head, we were well supplied with finger sandwiches, scones, cream and jam, and mini mince pies and little tarts - which had to come home in a box for later. I loved getting my coffee in my own (tea)pot, rather than the single cup I usually get offered as I don’t like tea. Had fillet steak it was the best steak I have had as yet, good atmosphere very friendly place and not expensive. Small meals british being served tomorrow coronation day menue lovely place to spend time with lovely welcoming people.
