Expect good service, all people working are, invariably, polite and helpful. It's inexpensive comfort food, nothing to get excited about, but most meals seem to be freshly made. Definitely better than a cold sandwich meal deal. Good atmosphere.
Gone completely downhill, breakfast was all burnt and cold apart from the beans they were piping. Was really disappointed as hopes were high for the re opening won't be rushing back?

I wasn't expecting a gourmet dining experience and it was a good job too. The staff are freindly and to be fair the fish of their "ultimate fish & chips" wasnt too bad but the chips & peas were stone cold. They bring the condiments out with the order least you take more than one sachet of ketchup or vinegar, for £7 it was pretty poor not even up to the level of Big Johns.
