When I lived in Perry Barr, I would often go to the shops in this Shopping Centre or Mall. There are a wonderful variety of shops here that I found it unnecessary to travel to the City Centre as there are a wide choice under one roof. It was only a five minute walk from where I lived. With the removal of the Perry Barr flyover, it would appear to me that many traveller's would stop here and business would appear to be booming.
Good shops and a rare sighting of a high street bank that uses cash (2023).A good variety of consumerables and food to spend your money on. There's seats to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee and watch people walking past. Play "spot the white man" because there's very few. If your placing bets, I saw 3 in 20 minutes.
