I've been staying in premier inns for years and I like to give a review when they get something right. There are quite a few negative reviews on here, but people need to remind themselves they are in a budget hotel, so you won't get the same service as you would in a top class hotel. I frequently stay in Birmingham. This did a job, staff are really friendly. This hotel is about 20 minutes walk from bullring and new street. Ideal though if you need to be in and around the university. Rooms are good and you can't go wrong with the beds.
