We recently had a reunion in the upstairs venue room, food limited but good, drinks like most pubs expensive food very well priced.The only thing l didn't like was a long staircase to the bar, even though they have a bar upstairs,and considering the avarage age of the 24 people presant were over 75 years of age isn't on.
What a fantastic pub! Off the beaten track and has a very traditional feel to it. Great selection of ales, friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere. I’d certainly recommend a visit.

A typical Black Country Ales' pub - and that's nearly always a good thing. A good choice of Ales at reasonable prices in an area that can suffer from inflated levels of pricing.
