We stayed at the Hilton in a day room on our way back from a holiday and I have to say it was a fantastic hotel. We were supposed to only have the room from 0900 until 1700 but arrived in on an early flight and they let us check in at 0720 , the room was lovely and modern the beds were really comfortable, everything that would expect from a high end Hotel but for a fraction of the price. Had a 2 night stay here due to visiting Cadbury world and the hotel being conveniently located due to flight times from Had originally booked the Novotel just along the road, decided to change to Hilton Garden Inn due to rooms being of a higher standard based on pictures and a previous stay at a Novotel. Fantastic service by Kelina. So very welcoming, kind and prompt. Everyone right from the Reception to the table service makes you feel valued as a customer. The food, though slightly costly, is really good, tasty and well presented. The ambience is nice, clean and well presented.
