Had a great meal at The Old Hare and Hounds recently. Food was great as was the service even though it was busy. I forgot to enter my registration number for the car park and upon receiving a fine, went into the pub and explained the situation that I had just forgotten to follow the procedure. Jim, the manager was totally understanding and immediately said will contact the parking company and remove the fine. 100% will be returning on a regular basis!
Parking space was available, good. Dog mess at front entrance, not good. Booked online but 'wasn't printed out' so didn't know we were booked. Roast lunch vegetables not as on the menu. Took our own dinner plates to the bar and had to ask twice for our pudding to be brought out.
