Afters the sad demise of Dave's Cafe we had been on the search for a new 'go to' cafe, well in the Penguin we have definitely found it. An absolute belter of a cafe, proper in every way, happy to cook your breakfast exactly as you want it, happy to swap items, all in all an excellent find, plus its only 5 minutes from home.We'll be back!

The Queens Head Pub

Came across this place on a pub crawl and it turned out to be one of the best nights ever! entertainment was fun, Dj was hilarious, and drinks were a good price. The whole atmosphere was a ✨️vibe✨️

Spring Cottage

Didn't eat so can't comment on food but just a lovely welcoming little boozer. Hard to come by a proper pub these days but this is just that. Staff are lovely, gotta comment on the ladies loo, better stocked than boots & everything you could wish for.

Poets Corner

Only went to play a snooker match so can't comment on much else. Place is done out nice, snooker tables were very nice. Great condition and well looked after

Susannah's Cafe (Snack Bar)

We have used Susannah's Snack Bar for years, lovely family run business and the place is spotless.You can use other places that are slightly cheaper but that reflects in the quality of the foodI personally think the food is lovely and would highly recommend this place.Deservedly 5 star rating

One Man & His Dog

Sunday lunch. We saw a Facebook advertisement & thought it looked really good. I do not normally give reviews but I believe this place deserves one. The food was unbelievable! Highly recommended!! Great value for money. So good we’ve booked again for next week! The new owners have really made this place into a great little local pub.

Best pub in Bloxwich make you feel so comfortable and the staff and the owner are soo friendly they dont never stand 4 any trouble in their so thats piece of mind im disabled and in a wheelchair and I have really bad ptsd cant go in crowded places but when I go in there i feel so comfortable i dont have to look round incase theres any trouble there never is and Julie is a diamond really nice THANKYOU

KFC Bloxwich - Leamore Lane

Normally, I wouldn't have much to comment on - it's a typical KFC. You know exactly what you're getting before you walk through the door. On this occasion, they'd slipped in the exorbitant price hike of 25% to our usual Mega Box. £4.99, up from £3.99. OK, it's only a quid, I hear you say, but try adding 25% to whatever your normal weekly shop comes to. Dread to think how much some of the families in there were shelling out.
