Normally, I wouldn't have much to comment on - it's a typical KFC. You know exactly what you're getting before you walk through the door. On this occasion, they'd slipped in the exorbitant price hike of 25% to our usual Mega Box. £4.99, up from £3.99. OK, it's only a quid, I hear you say, but try adding 25% to whatever your normal weekly shop comes to. Dread to think how much some of the families in there were shelling out.
45 minute wait in the drive thru queue - shocking. poorly designed entrance & same lane exit and carpark, as when the drive thru is busy, no cars can get out of the car park. asked for a burger with a meal, was told i could only get a drink with that. Hardly a meal then?

Not the biggest fan of KFC but as i pass it on the way home from work i use it. Food is pretty average but its ok for the price. Car park is a nightmare to get out of so close to a busy roundabout. Staff are rushed off their feet , the harassment and abuse they get from local kids is disgusting. I would hate to work there. Plenty of seating inside and they never got my online order wrong (unlike Mcdonalds)
