Went to kfc today for food. The lady that served me her name was Italie. She was so polite and helped me with my food allergys. Couldn't thankyou enough. food was also spot on will definitely be coming back thankyou again ☺
Food was ok...ish, barely a handful of fries ... considering the prices have risen is not good ... But the worst thing about this KFC is the queuing ???I've been different times, different days and every single time there's a long queue with 1serving and 1standing by waiting for the food to bag/or put on trays .On Lunch times (especially Friday were the queue was 9/10 people deep ) definitely need extra staff ?

KFC food is good. Service experience can be improved further. While I visited, there was some issue with caseless payment. So long queue and some delay. Otherwise, it was nice to spend time with family.
