KFC food is good. Service experience can be improved further. While I visited, there was some issue with caseless payment. So long queue and some delay. Otherwise, it was nice to spend time with family.

Came here on Wednesday around 12:20 and saw a member of staff yelling at a customer. I managed to see the name badge and it was Katie. Ended up eating elsewhere after seeing this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SHOUTED AT BY THIS PERSON. Go to Bon Pan. At least they have customer service skills and a meal that will fill you up more for less money!

Went to kfc today for food. The lady that served me her name was Italie. She was so polite and helped me with my food allergys. Couldn't thankyou enough. food was also spot on will definitely be coming back thankyou again ☺

Told the girlfriend to grab a bucket . She brought back a bucket full of legs. When I pay for a bucket I expect variety.Waste of my money
