I bought a giant cookie as a birthday cake for my sister. It was beautifully iced, a flower pot as requested, she loved it!

Was charged 26.00 pound for a giant iced cookie . The same price as a double cookie cake. When i questioned it after collecting was told because it had a picture of a house. Ive seen more intricate designs on the website ( with pictures and text) that are charged between 20-22 pound. So not sure why i was charged the price of a double when i had a single cookie makes no sense. Also the lady should have explained before placing my order and staff were very grumpy and rude;poor customer service from millies cookies.

The cookie was lovely but I orderd it to say Happy 2nd Birthday Grace.\\nWhen I got home I realised it said happy 2nd grace, there was no birthday, I'm not happy about this and it was ment to be my daughters birthday cookie because she doesn't like cake

Was absolutely disappointed at the service I received here! I ordered a giant cookie for my boyfriend for his birthday at 9am \\u0026 went to collect it at 8pm as arranged, to be told “it’s just not here”. The lady said “someone must have took it”. Absolutely appalled at the lack of accommodation \\u0026 how I was told “I just don’t know what to do, it’s just not here” \\u0026 I then had to ask for a refund as I wasn’t offered anything in replacement or for the inconvenience! Rude staff, service is shocking! Definitely won’t be buying from there again. Was absolutely let down \\u0026 upset to travel 30 minutes there to collect my cookie just to travel 30 minutes home without it!!!

Second time having cookies from here. I'm so disappointed with this batch I bought, rock hard and the brownie ones taste just like double chocolate. 1st time I couldn't fault them but now I'm guessing this lot shouldve been binned not put for sale £22 down the drain!!

She always greets you with a smile and tries to help you in anyway she can ( I.e makes me buy more cookies then intended loool ) always come here on Sundays with my best friend when I am in merry hill. She is a pleasure to talk to and cannot do enough to help.

I was confused about what could be done, but Steph made it really easy and looked through photos on my phone and email explained what she could do and had a chat with us as well. She really put my mind at ease and made the experience a great one!
Mothers day gift order, popped into the centre the day before to choose and design and pay.Cake was available 24 hours later, great design and looked and tasted wonderful.Huge quantity of orders prepared on counter. Pickup was simple and straight forward.Despite cost of these cookies going up significantly, no disappointment at all.
