I had a very good experience. I would like to recognise Kathryn. She is a nice friendly member of staff. She always greets you with a smile and tries to help you in anyway she can ( I.e makes me buy more cookies then intended loool ) always come here on Sundays with my best friend when I am in merry hill. She is a pleasure to talk to and cannot do enough to help.
Ordered from here and had lovely jess serve me! Honestly what a credit to the team.. thank you soooo much jess and as your first time doing a wreck it ralph definitely a 10/10.\\nYour great at what you do. 5 star ?

I ordered 50 cookies for my daughter's birthday party. I was greeted by Steph who was incredibly helpful and very friendly! She couldn't have done more to help. We always look out for her when ordering from Millie's as she is always great!
