Clean and tidy place with Covid screens in front of the tills although the staff weren't wearing any face coverings and neither were any of the customers. Not sure if it's just me, but I feel the prices always seem to be a little bit higher each time I go to this place .. I mean a tea, two medium lattes and three muffins (which tasted like they'd been sat out all day) for almost £15. Hardly value for money.

Nice quiet corner of the retail park, places inside and out with plenty of space for social distances. Try the Ruby Chocolate frostino! Its lovely and cold and creamy

Haven't been to Costa for ages and thought I will give it a go again. Not worth it. Strawberry milkshake warm and sickly sweet. Cappuccino, I make a better one at home. I could tell the guy making it couldnt be asked. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Dirty floors, chairs, tables and utterly disgusting trays. Literally look like they have never been wiped over. No tables being cleared by staff, just customers! No napkins unless you go back and ask. Food was nice, drinks a bit average. Won't be going back. A shame as the design of this new store is really nice.
A bit hit and miss this branch. I recommend taking cash as quite often their card machine is on the blink. Sometimes services is great other times I have been greeted like the person had a million better places to be. I was in there today during a staff handover and 1 staff member said to another. Sorry we haven't managed any cleaning today. Probably not the wisest thing to say in front of customers.

Visited the store on Easter Bank Holiday Monday, for some reason there was only two members of staff and the queue was out the door. Possible management problems.
Despite this, the staff kept a smile on their faces and the young chap making the coffee had excellent manners and coped well with the demand. I even overheard a few people complain about the wait but he maintained his positive attitude and was happy to serve me. Staff definitely made up for the wait and despite the hurry the coffee was still made to an excellent standard.
