Normally don't have issues however this delivery was almost 40 minutes late, it was missing a portion of fries, and the cheesy chips almost cold with a clump of cheese on top that had cooled.
Great customer service, food quality needs some development.Pros+ Staff are friendly and serve food very quickly.+ They have a high hygiene rating.+ Half pounders are quite goodCons- Usually chicken pieces taste good, but latest purchase tasted and smelt of CIGARETTES. Staff need to ensure food and chicken boxes are handled safely and hygienically.- spicy chicken wings gave me a very bad stomach ache. The spices used may be old.
