Never made a secret of the fact that I'm a fan of Premier Inns. This one is no exception. Facilities, staff, rooms all wonderful. There's a Beefeater next door, so brekky and evening meal sorted. Grub was great; simple, nutritious and reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and the place is just off a roundabout on an 'A' road and dead easy to find. Quiet, clean room, was quite expensive-comfy beds, sheets given as duvet too hot. Needed more tea and coffee bits.Food & drinks: Went over to Beefeater pub, food bland and microwaved maybe so don't rely on eating there as hotel has no resteraunt but is nr Sainsbury Express and other shops.

First time I’ve stayed in a Premier Inn and wasn’t disappointed. Easy to locate, the rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was lovely and clean, and very comfy. The bathroom was clean and in proportion to the rest of the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and both were a credit to the company.Will definitely stay here again, as it’s close to the NEC.
