Always nice to go to the Forest for food and drinks. My only complaint is that the wine prices do not reflect the cheap wine glasses that it’s served in! For quite an upmarket establishment I’d expect a nicer glass.
Went to the Forest bar and restaurant with my friend the other night, got seated and greeted by a lovely waitress i think Freya was her name. Drinks and food came out quickly, food was amazing, great quality. Overall a lovely night at the Forest would definitely recommend.

Have not been for a while, but I have to say I much prefer it under the newish ownership. Service was excellent. Really liked the English Chardonnay. I had fish - great. A couple of others in my group had the steak, which also looked very good. But, id say to anyone to try the wings ! Atmosphere always good, due to packed bar within earshot. I like it ?
