Woman behind the counter was rude and actually tried to embarrass me, she then doubled down by telling me they don't do table service this early while delivering my food. I never ask for table service but on this occasion I wasn't given the option to collect when ordering, and if you don't do it, why was it forced on me or even an option when using the instore ordering software. This was going to be my only complaint but the chicken strips were also sub par, extremely light on batter. First bad experience at KFC, thank god this isn't my local KFC. I ordered to eat in but felt so uncomfortable I left to eat in my car.

Normally come here everyweek but went yesterday and i stood waiting at the tills to order my food the guy who was taking orders took the orders of 2 people then went to make drinks then left me waiting for 15 min ended up walking out as he saw me standing there but still wouldn't take my order normally the staff are 10/10 here but just that one person who letting the team down shame

I needed help with my order and how to use my app.Tracy came over to help me. She was amazing and so friendly!!! She made me feel so welcome. I normally get stressed ordering on the order screen aspecily and she was great and showed me how to do it. She brought our food over and reminded us to play on the app for prizes. She was great and really made me smile!

We visited this restaurant peak time on a Saturday evening and Ta'Lisha couldn't do enough to help with ordering and offers etc using the KFC app to get the best deal. Ta'Lisha is a credit to this company and if only everyone had her patience with customers as she does it would always be a pleasure anywhere you went. The food was really tasty and the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the chips weren't the freshest and were made up of very small bits, but on the whole it was an enjoyable experience and very tasty chicken.
Went through the drive through ordered 6piese bucket 4 fries £13.99. Comes to something when the fries were better than the dry 5 LEGS of chicken and 1 Thigh. Old Hill Kentucky you are the worst. Expensive crap.

Ordered through the KFC app was missing a large bottle of pop contact to the customer service team and was told to call the number instead. Poor customer service from the very start of the food was disgusting and an edible soggy and cold definitely wasn’t worth a single penny that we paid nearly all of it went to the bin. Just avoid this place, we have been feeling a bit funny the next day and there is definitely this place that has caused it. It’s definitely not safe just avoid
