We visited this restaurant peak time on a Saturday evening and Ta'Lisha couldn't do enough to help with ordering and offers etc using the KFC app to get the best deal. Ta'Lisha is a credit to this company and if only everyone had her patience with customers as she does it would always be a pleasure anywhere you went. Manager was incredibly rude and condescending, rolling her eyes and pulling faces when I was querying a transaction on the terminal which the counter assistant had already said hadn’t been working properly all day. Will not be using this restaurant again. Disgusting attitude to have with customers.

Best advice check before you leave you can not trust these people time after time5 drumsticks in10 piece bucket next time will throw it back in there faces returned it for refund last time the manager is sound and understanding but staff are
