“We visited the Ameena recently and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. You could tell it was a popular spot by how busy it was, but this didn't stop the prompt service and attentiveness of the staff. The food was very nice and the portion sizes were just right. There's a good variety to choose from which includes the classics and also some different dishes for anyone a bit more adventurous or wanting to try something different. It's a great place for a meal out for two or for big family gatherings. Parking options are unfortunately a bit limited, but this wouldn't stop me from visiting again.”

Having been told many times by family and friends to visit I never did till now.I can only say that this is the tastiest, most fabulous food I've had the pleasure of eating.The fact that the staff were so accommodating only added to the experience and I will most definitely be going back. “It's been a very long time since we last ate here and unsurprisingly it has had a substantial face-lift. They have done a good job but they can't do anything about the layout which is quite 'cosy'. This could be an issue if you are looking for a quiet night out and the table next to you is in party mode.We enjoyed our meal and I particularly liked their home style of cooking. Judging by the amount of people there I am not the only one.Surprisingly there was a slight problem with the poppadoms but this was quickly and courteously sorted.The oversized sheekh kebab starter was a bit on the hot side for the wife but I enjoyed it. There were no issues with the mains or sides, especially the pilau rice which was mercifully free of food colouring.Service was pleasant and attentive throughout, surprisingly so given how busy it was.It's not cheap, prices have gone up everywhere but you can take your own alcohol which is obviously a bonus.Parking was a bit of a problem but eventually managed to squeeze in on a service road.We won't leave it so long before our next visit.”

“Our favourite place ever!Dine in regularly & every single staff & the manager are always super welcoming, the place is spotless & the food is amazing!We used to struggle to find anywhere where they could do both chicken & lamb vindaloo extra extra hot without the losing the flavour, but they nail the food every time! Worth paying the extra to get super quality :)Kid-friendliness: Always take 1 or 2 of our children and they are always made to feel welcome, great atmosphere always!”

“Great bar and grill to enjoy with your friends if you enjoy watching the sports! Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food was well priced and of decent quality! Great portion sizes. Only downside I would say is the size of the place. Great place to go after a night out or for a local beer.Parking: Parking outside the restaurant”
