My mom loves it here she came with my wife, sister and myself for lunch for my birthday, she was 80 in January and didn't want a party she wanted to go for lunch here again and then my sisters birthday was just this week and she wanted to come here for lunch too so I think that says it all, great menu, great food, great service and staff???

Had a great meal today, food was lovely huge portions and really reasonable prices. The service was fantastic a kind lady called Kirsty served us and she was a fantastic host made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble , thanks very much highly

To start there were 13 of us and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We had a young lad called Jack serving our table and he was brilliant and very helpful from bring out our food, cleaning the tables when finished and answering a query I had.The food again was outstanding and very filling well worth the money you pay. I would recommend the Lutley Oak to anyone.

Popped in for Friday lunch time meal. Two mains for £12.99. Had the fish and chips, very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. First pint of guiness was not right, but changed. All our meals were good quality.Parking: Not a massive car park, but had no problem getting a space when we arrived.

Busy place but service was swift despite that no hanging around our servers were kirsty and Gemma very helpful lovely staff. Food was lovely daughter had 2 desserts so I think she enjoyed it too

After arriving although it wasn’t overly busy it was clear that there was a need for more staff as the girl at the bar seemed to be doing everything.This is after they’ve dropped the waiter service and you order your own food at the bar. After ordering we were told there was a half hour wait for food which was fine but it was an hour before we got anything and had nobody come and tell us it was running late or offer any apology. We ordered the steak fondue to share.When it eventually turned up there wasn’t one thing on there that was warm.The steak hadn’t been rested as the whole plate was drowning in blood.When then attempted to chew the steak which proved to be an impossible task.Even using the steak knife anybody looking on would of thought I was sawing a piece of 4x2 with a blunt saw. We returned it and accepted a refund and the very helpful barmaid offered to take the cost of the drinks off the bill too.I must add that the barmaid was very polite and helpful and this bad experience was no fault of hers,but I’m afraid to say we won’t be back anytime soon.

Went there again today Friday 29/12/23.Another beautiful meal served to us by kirsty she is so pleasant nothing is to much trouble and she allways comes to you while your having your meal and asks if everything is OK with the meal.My wife and my self go here a lot now we take friends there as well and they allways say how nice and hot the meals are and the staff are most polite and helpful.kirsty is a asset to the lutley oak she is a very hard worker and allways on the move when she's not waiting on tables she's cleaning them or serving behind the bar but I must say all the staff at the lutley are very good so thank you all Mr J S BrewsterParking: Plenty of parking space
