Shockingly bad. Entire car park blocked off with lorry, drive thru closed. Then after being forced to endure ordering inside at a machine because god forbid McDonald’s employ people, nobody can be bothered to replace the receipt roll in the machine as per usual so no proof of order or order number. Disgrace of a business. I would be ashamed to be the franchisee of this one.

Item missing from delivery through app this is now the 3 time in a month a item has been missing called their customer service refused redelivery for item and refused refund of item. Halesowen mcs sort your staff out clearly not looking at orders before sending out
