Food was cold when we got it after 22 mins after ordering waited 12 minutes to get it sorted & again food cold chips asked to see the manager wanted 15 mins then ask for money back this is the last time we used this McDonald's in Malvern by Morson because this is not the only thme we have had a problem with food on a Saturday dave Malvern
Not only did we have to wait over 20 minutes for a pre-ordered drive-through order, as we witnessed many delivery drivers come and go, but our order was incorrect. When we explained this to the person who handed us our food, our receipt was requested as proof. After some time, we were then handed our missing items but without our receipt.
