I have seen some other reviews complaining about service but I have only ever had really good service here so maybe have been really lucky! Came on a really busy day so did have to wait, I would say that’s the only downside of this costa, with the drive thru you do sometimes have to wait for your order if you’re sitting in.However I love that this costa is open for much longer hours than other ones and that you can park for 3 hours for free, making it a great place to come...read full review
We stopped in here a couple of times while staying locally and after a car breakdown. The service was excellent, the service staff remembered our car problems and checked in with us to make sure we were fine, which made us feel very looked after.

to Costa In kingswinford.they had a fly going round on every cake. I told them even showed the woman where it was on a chocolate brownie, but they didn't do anything, just walked
