All that you would expect from Premier Inn. There is no airport shuttle bus from this hotel and it's quite a walk especially if you have suitcases. It's not the closest if your on foot and in hindsight I should have booked the Novotel for convenience.Walkability: Please note the distance to the airport if you are without a car

On arrival plenty of parking,that you pay for.it is a machine in the carpark and no reductions if you are staying £10.00 for 24 hours .The check in was easy as pre booked .Room was comfortable.Food and drinks very limited as low on stock .meaning on our second night we ate out .Breakfast was satisfactory. No orange juice. Had to request vegetarian sausage.Nearby activities: We chose this hotel for its proximity to the NEC

Good for Airport and NECRooms: Not cleaned very well ..spare bed underneath was covered in really thick dust when pulled out by maid to clean floor was dirty ..took the maid a while to clean..dust on walls around the room possibly worst premier in room I’ve stayed in ..I’ve stayed in quite a few henceNearby activities: NECFood & drinks: Food service was quick ,menu was limited…Gracie our waitress was very good 5 star…..booking in was 4 Star

Location was very good, but not as close to the airport as we were told. The usual, clean comfortable bed and excellent breakfast which we are used to with Premier Inns.Rooms: Clean and warm.Food & drinks: Breakfast in a Beefeater. Excellent steak there at night.
Hotel is allot better than it used to be, but the restaurant is not able to cope with the visitors. Regularly stay here for work, and I'm regularly turned away for food because they are fully booked. Balsall Common is much better for food and never been turned
