Check in machines failed to write room keys probably so had to requeue for assistance. Even then we ended up with only one working key card so check in wasn't all that smooth.Restaurant staff were incredible though. We couldn't have asked for a better restaurant experience both evening meal and breakfast. Perfect.
Stayed one night after visiting the caravan show. The location is ideal for the NEC. The facilities excellent and the rooms clean and tidy. We found the staff to be very helpful especially Claire in the restaurant who, despite it being extremely busy was able to bring our 9.30pm slot down to 8pm. Top marks for organising.
