The food came quickly, but the service was louzy. The staff work like robots with lack of customer service and no passion for the job. My food came out and they made a mistake with my drink, only when I got outside i realised, I'm just being honest.
Less than impressed overall, staff barley paid attention to people queuing to order at counter so used the automated machine which was fine. But the staff are clearly gaming the electronic system to show low customer wait times, my order moved from preparing to ready to collect almost instantly, but was gone from that screen about 3 minutes before they had done the order at all. Called over to collect food after 5 minutes, but they hadn't made the drinks, so I had to wait longer...read full review

I'll be honest, I've never had a good experience at this KFC. From getting orders wrong to waiting 1 hour for a burger meal I've always had issues. The times where it has been good, the service has been standard. Nothing
