As a new guy in the world of Desi pubs, I was very impressed! TBQ has a great selection of lagers large, TV's showing sport and a fantastic food counter at the back of the pub serving asian food. The people who run/work at the pub are really friendly and the food portion are HUGE!! 3 sizes of mixed grill and I ordered the large (one in the middle) and I couldn't eat it all - me and the missus both had to bring it back home! This is our new go to place in Brum now for a decent Indian flavour. The lads i go with always have a grill and a curry, I stick to my staple curry. On this occasion I opted for a lamb claypot special. Very flavoursome, not hot at all. The grill I've never had as you can get that from anywhere. The food is tasty and well worth it. Price is decent too.
