Took about 20 mins atleast to get a 6inch sub with only 2 people infront of me.. service was so slow. When making sandwich, it was less than required and minimum amount of stuff. Asked the girl to add more lettuce or salad about 4 times, each time she would add a small leaf.. or one piece of cucumber.. sauce wasn’t evenly distributed. It was a mess. I wasted 20 mins of my 30 mins break.. if not more. I would have minded if it was busy. It’s understandable but for a non busy store. Not good service

Tasty food, but service is horrible in store and outside of store on uber. Always forget sauces, they mess up orders, half the time they don't put the orders in the bag. You'll spend money to get food and you probably won't even receive half of the food.

I ve never experienced so bad customer service in my life! There is a lady, new staff I guess because i have a breakfast every day and i ve never seen her there before! I ve asked her to swap a tomato slice and she just took the piece out and I had to tell her again to replace it. Then, i ve paid for a bag and she put my sandwiches on the till so I had to ask her for a bag that i ve paid for, and she questioned me if I already asked for a bag and if i paid for it, and before she gave it to me she asked me to check the receipt which is her job to do so! So rude and unprofessional!! Not to mention the state of the sandwich.

Dreadful service asked for the Meal deal and the female said I can pick any sandwich, so I did then when it was made the male charged me an extra pound.And said it's I ordered one that was not the Meal deal.No apology for there mistake I clearly pointed out the Meal deal I wanted and said the price.And she did any sandwich.So I paid for there incompetence to service correctly and no apology.Disgraceful I won't use again.

It's like they only hire the slowest people in this country want a sandwich that'll be 15 minutes because I'm too slow to do anything, I waited 15 minutes in the que for the lazy woman to make 3 subways and I got bored before even getting a chance to order no wonder subways dead
