“Of all the coffee chains, I find Café Nero to be the most attractive. On this occasion in Solihull, the service was as ever efficient and friendly. I like the sensible cup sizes as well as the design of the cups. The loyalty scheme works very well. I find the coffee to be to my taste.The choice of cakes is more than acceptable, although I would like to see cinnamon buns introduced. The tables were in good order. Obviously, the staff members were ensuring that used crockery was removed quickly. I think that Cafe Nero offers reasonable value for money when compared with other venues”
