Of all the coffee chains, I find Café Nero to be the most attractive. On this occasion in Solihull, the service was as ever efficient and friendly. I like the sensible cup sizes as well as the design of the cups. The loyalty scheme works very well. I asked for a slice of lemon meringue cheesecake as was recommended by a friend along with a mango fro yo with coconut milk to make it more tropical (I did forget to mention the 'tropical' bit though for the product name). This has become a very regular visit for us. Their hot chocolate is very yummy. I love the special editions they do for Christmas and other festive periods. I do wish they do a more Apple/Cinnamon offering. Also, I would love to see Caffe Nero do a pumpkin spice drink.
