“Absolutely amazing customer service by staff. The manager Cos is soo lovely and friendly. A genuinely warm and caring person with excellent people skills. Werner makes the best lattes and is so pleasant and welcoming every time I visit making it a pleasure to go to cafe Nero in the morning which starts my day in a happy way. He is an asset to the business. Shem makes amazing hot chocolate and is also soo friendly and cheerful. He even made my drink before I entered so it was ready for me when I came in. They’re all so friendly and can have a great conversation with. They remember what drinks I usually have and to specifications to the T. The place is clean and cosy and toilets are always very clean.
