Lovely service celebrating a birthday. We booked in advance, and gave our own cake to staff who then sang happy birthday to us when they presented it to the birthday girls (mum and daughter!), And then they gave us a birthday mocktail on the house! Which was also lovely! My thanks to the team for looking after us, and to the chef for cooking lovely food.

The manager Jermaine, also our waiter for the day, was absolutely immense! Nothing was too much trouble. When he saw my sister was feeling too hot, he turned down the heating and supplied a couple of free sorbets after the meal. I had a tre carne calzone which was epic. The rest of the food was great also, but it was Jermaine who contributed the most to a superb experience for us and the 4 kids. Huge thanks :)Kid-friendliness: Kids menus

Came here for lunch today for my mom's birthday. Jermaine looked after us, couldn't do enough for us and even came out with the dessert singing happy birthday. Great service. Great food and nice cocktails. Thank you 5*

Booked an early lunch so not many people there.Lovely big restaurant with lots of natural light. We had a red letter day voucher (gift from our children) and despite saying this when we booked we were sat and given "normal, very extensive menus" however when the server arrived and we asked if there were any restrictions for the voucher (which we had left on show at the end of the table) the normal menus were taken off us and we were given small menus with 3 starter and 3 main choices on, quite disappointing when we had already selected a few choices (in case our options were limited - not quite expecting so few choices).

Party of five, table booked for 6.45. Seated straight away, we were lucky as by 7.00pm it became very busy. Waited a bit long fof our meal but all in all the service was good.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with young children. We had a baby with us and no problems.Parking: No on site parking. You may be able to get a space in a small area for parking close by or the Asda car park at the back.Dietary restrictions: They did ask and note our requirements.

Regularly go here over the years. Nice pizza or pasta. Cosy atmosphere with lit candle on the table. Indoor and outdoor seating. Best to be inside in the colder months. WiFi here. Can use vouchers.

We didn't book but still got a table staff were super friendly, our order was taken quickly and food didn't take long to come, all starters were really tasty especially the king prawns, mains salmon pasta really tasty and full off salmon, our server Kaz was so friendly and always there when we needed more drinks fantastic service!

Good place Reviewer

Xl pizza is more like a medium ,On the pizza the ham was added after so you had a mix off hot and 'fridge cold' which wasn't pleasantFor a pizza and a small drink was about 20 quid, very very very pricey for a bit of cooked flour ,a whole bag of flour costs around 30p , a carton of passata around 30p , etc etc etcNo dips to go with pizza.Apart from that the staff were pleasant, respectful and attentive .Wouldn't eat here again unless they had a change of menu and change of prices

Plenty of parking opposite side of the road, wheelchair friendly, lovely, accommodating staff, varied menu, spacious, airy restaurant, very nice house wine, highly recommended for a thoroughly pleasant culinary experience.

Paid first visit to Prezzo on Friday night and was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t expect a chain restaurant to be much good - especially for Italian food - but everything was delicious and on a par with a decent little privately owned Italian restaurant. All the staff were very polite and friendly, food arrived promptly and hot, excellent wine and very reasonably priced. Will definitely make it a regular place to go.

Good restaurant with European food but prices are too big and menu is too small. My children like there fried mozzarella but 4 pieces of it cost more that 6£ - it is really big price. The pasta is 12 £ and more.It is busy and friendly place but need to do more dishes in menu and lower prices.Best wishes?
