Came in to redeem some points that were due to expire and the server actually asked to see my order history to prove that I wasn't fraudlently scamming the app!? Nowhere does it say this is required and I found the accusations disgusting. After a lot of unnecessary faffing about I managed to pull up my points history *not order history as he had requested*, only then he then would only let me redeem points for 1 item and not the two I ordered.Horrific attitude and experience. Won't be visiting this store again.

Very rude the manager was not professional at all and not many halal options except from the tuna.I scanned my QR code and did not even get my points even after asking the rude manager why it’s not working.

Ordered a delivery via delieroo. Ordered two salads, one chicken tikka and roast chicken. When they arrived, it was both chicken tikka. Called Solihull subway and asked them very nicely to send a roast chicken. The chap asked me to contact Deliveroo to correct the problem. I can’t understand how they are going to correct it. It’s subways mistake so they need to fix it. I then asked to speak to the manager, who insisted that I contact delievro. At the moment my partner was very Hungary so the thing we wanted for them to send out a new salad. The manager was incredibly rude - I will not be using this subway again

The young trainee was such a well mannered, kind and helpful gentleman. Not only were his customer service skills outstanding, but the sandwich was out of this world. This establishment should be proud to have the privilege to have someone of this caliber work for them. Will be returning imminently.
