Visited last night for dinner. Have eaten here on numerous occasions in the past & the food has always been super. Ordered my normal steamed Cantonese sea-bass which I normally thoroughly enjoy. It arrived raw at the edges & a very unappealing grey colour. We mentioned it to the manageress who agreed it was raw & took it away. 5 minutes later it reappeared.
