Wow what a change. The 1st I went to the lion with my family I had a real bad experience. It was not the “family friendly” experience I thought it would be. I swore I’d never go back there. I felt out of place. Luckily I didn’t have my son with me. They recently took on new kitchen staff who specialise in Caribbean food. I thought I’d give it a try as I love that kind of food. New food menu 10/10 we had the jerk platter and fried chicken burger both very nice. We will be back to try some of the other meals… service was also 10/10 very attentive… ☺️

Perfect for families and party crowds alike. My family have visited this bar for a meal and drinks - great choice of food and excellent value. Toni looks after everybody. For the lads and ladies on a session - great selection of beers, wines and spirits - brilliant atmosphere, I really recommend this bar. Recommended establishment from the SR.
