First time visiting. Lovely and spacious, plenty of sandwiches/cakes to choose from. The staff that work in this branch are lovely. Apart from the excellent coffee, they make hot chocolate at the right temperature for a child to drink and actually address them to ask them how they want their drink. It is a generally busy place with a nice atmosphere. It is always clean and tidy.I don't often buy cakes here as I always find Costa cakes a rip-off.
