We had booked this for a family meal of 10 (incl 2 children) and the service and staff were so accommodating.We all had some form of beef in our meals (Sunday roast, beef fillet, slow cooked blade), there was no trouble in providing kids portions and food was cooked wonderfully. One also had the mussels and she loved it.Picture of the roast beef doesn’t do it justice but it was so well cooked with a huge Yorkshire pudding! Everything was priced very well and the quality was certainly there.Can’t complain about anything, great food, great atmosphere, very lovely service from all the staff members we spoke with and thank you so much for supporting a large group of us. Would highly recommend anyone to go!Thanks again all at The Butlers Arms - great gem in Sutton Coldfield.”
Pubs • “We held a team event here and from the moment we entered everyone had a blast. Started with beer tasting thanks Maddie -until we all found our favourite. Got a selection of the small plate starters to share two meat two veggie and two seafood and wish we ordered more - everything was too delicious. After a lot of laughter and banter with our server Lexy (she really looked after us) we ordered our mains - and wow super delicious. After a few more craft beers we said goodnight to the lovely Lexy and my super contented team headed home. Wonderful place to meet eat and party.Vegetarian options: Our vegetartian colleague was super impressed with the choice and flavour of the dishes.”

Pubs • “Like the station pub and usually have a good selection of beers. Sadly service has always been a problem here and no different on Saturday. Had to wait ages to be served and saw a few people give up. Problem being the staff that were on tended to stay in the bar nearest the beer garden leaving one side of the pub unattended. Shame cos like the place.”
