First time there and I was let down a long wait for food. Asked the waitress what the cream sause was, and she didn't know. Should know your menu. Food arrived and was very like warm. Got a little discount two cokes. Because we didn't have much time we never complained too much. I'm not sure I will go back again.
Mixed reviews on the food but we loved the atmosphere. Service was a bit slow.We went on Sunday and I tried the pork belly Sunday roast which was nice ..the pork belly itself was a good portion size with lovely gravy but the vegetables (carrots, parsnips and brussel sprouts) were way overcooked. My husband had a ribeye steak..the steak was thin though it a 10 ounce steak and was slightly overdone ( asked for medium rare). Triple cooked chips and peppercorn sauce was nice.

Starter brie bites were nice but came with dried green peas shoots for decoration and need a chutney of some sort to add texture. Friends main of steak and frits came with a large pot of garlic butter that we both wondered what the purpose of this was. She enjoyed the steak. The service was very good but food a little disappointing.
